We are a family owned business with 35+ years of experience in the inground pool industry. My father, Russell Frame, owned and operated Inground Pool Specialists (a.k.a. IPS Pools) from the 1980s through the mid 1990s. My brother and I grew up working side-by-side with my father, learning the importance of a strong work ethic and quality workmanship until his retirement.
